All orders placed will be shipped within 5 business days excluding holidays, black friday or special event orders, which the delayed shipping dates will be provided after checkout. Most orders are received within 3-7 business days in the USA after shipping. International orders may take up to 20 days depending on the shipping rate selected during checkout. Some International orders may also be subject to custom charges and other related country taxes which may be due upon arrival of orders.

2. All sales are FINAL in regards to skincare products. The Sonic Klēn has a 90 day limited warranty if manufacturing defective. A video of proof must be submitted.

Approved product returns will only be given as an e-gift card.
